Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga rada bio je analizirati pristupe i načine organizacije i realizacije nastavnog procesa u waldorfskim školama u kojima se na bitno drugačiji način od konvencionalnog didaktičko-metodičkog strukturiranja nastavnog procesa učenike uči samostalnosti, samopouzdanju, odgovornosti, kreativnosti, poštovanju i cjeloživotnom učenju. Waldorfska škola posvećena je cjelovitom razvoju djeteta što je vidljivo iz strukture kurikuluma odnosno organizacije i realizacije nastavnog procesa gdje se učenjem po epohama te specifičnim metodama i pristupima učenja i poučavanja uravnotežuju kognitivne, umjetničke i praktične aktivnosti
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this study was to analyze the approaches and methods of organization and realization of the teaching process in the Waldorf school which is in a fundamentally different way from conventional didactic-methodical structuring of the teaching process and in which students learn self-reliance, self-confidence, responsibility, creativity, respect and lifelong learning. Waldorf school is dedicated to the overall development of the child and that can be seen in the structure of the curriculum and the organization and realization of the teaching process where learning by periods and specific methods and approaches to teaching and learning balance cognitive, artistic and practical activities.
