Abstract
Ples je aktivnost pogodna za sve dobne skupine. Najstarija je umjetnost te je čovjeku najprirodnija. Od prvih civilizacija čovjek plesom izražava sebe, odnosno doživljaje svijeta oko sebe. Čovjek je usavršavao ples kroz stoljeća razvijao nove i kombinirao stare oblike, stoga su danas neke od plesnih struktura dovedene do savršenstva kako ljudskog pokreta tako i vrhunaca plesne umjetnosti. Plesne strukture ostavljaju mogućnosti široke primjene, a u ranom i predškolskom odgoju su izvrstan alat za oblikovanje sretnog, kompetentnog i zdravog djeteta
Abstract (english)
Dance is an activity suitable for all age groups. It is oldest, and the most natural art of man. From the very beginnings and in first civilizations, the man expresses himself, and his own experiences of the world around him through art of dance. Man has perfected the dance through the centurys and has developed new and combined old shapes, so today some dance structures have been brought to the perfection of the human movement and the culmination of dance art. Dance structures leave wide-ranging opportunities, and in early and preschool education they are an excellent tool for designing a happy, competent and healthy child.
