Abstract
Dječji crtež je sredstvo komunikacije kojim dijete ostvaruje interakciju s okolinom koja ga okružuje. Poznavajući dvije vrste komunikacije (neverbalnu i verbalnu), dječji crtež pripada neverbalnom načinu komunikacije kojim dijete izražava emocije, želje, misli, doživljaje, interese. Vizualna komunikacija kao vrsta neverbalne komunikacije uključuje likovnu umjetnost, dizajn, arhitekturu i medije. Dječje likovno izražavanje moguće je poticati na različite načine; likovnim materijalima, čitanjem priča, igrom i sl. Uvođenje šablona u dječji likovni izričaj smatra se neadekvatnom intervencijom roditelja, odgajatelja ili druge odrasle osobe, ometajući time djetetovo slobodno izražavanje. Art terapija ili kreativna terapija koristi se u razne terapeutske svrhe te se usredotočuje na umjetnički izraz kao sredstvo izražavanja emocija, misli i rješavanja psiholoških problema. Likovno izražavanje pridonosi cjelokupnom djetetovom razvoju te ono što je bitno za spoznati je usmjerenost na likovni proces, a ne na gotovi produkt.
Abstract (english)
Children's drawing is a means of communication by which a child interacts with the environment around him. Knowing two types of communication (non-verbal and verbal), children's drawing belongs to the non-verbal way of communication in which the child expresses emotions, desires, thoughts, experiences, interests. Visual communication as a type of non-verbal communication includes fine arts, design, architecture and media. Children's artistic expression can be encouraged in different ways; art materials, reading stories, playing, etc. The introduction of patterns into children's artistic expression is considered an inadequate intervention by a parent, educator or other adult, thereby interfering with the child's free expression. Art therapy or creative therapy is used for various therapeutic purposes and focuses on artistic expression as a means of expressing emotions, thoughts and solving psychological problems. Artistic expression contributes to the overall development of the child, and what is important to know is the focus on the art process, and not on the finished product.
