Abstract
Akcijska istraživanja ističu se po tome što uključivanjem praktičara u istraživanja izravno povezuju teoriju i praksu. Današnja pedagoška praksa pred odgajatelja stavlja mnogo izazova te zahtijeva stalan rad i shvaćanje sebe kao reflektivnog praktičara - osobe koja istražuje svoje postupke, razmišlja o njima i koristi znanstvene istraživačke tehnike u svrhu vlastitog unaprjeđenja. Osim što su upoznati s problemima u praksi odgajatelji trebaju biti upoznati s teorijskim dijelom provedbe istraživanja te kontinuirano praktično prolaziti etape akcijskog istraživanja (planiranje, djelovanje, promatranje i refleksija) i kada god je to potrebno vratiti se u prethodnu etapu istraživanja. Svaki odgajatelj koji želi unaprijediti svoj rad treba biti otvoren ka učenju i istraživanju kako bi unaprijedio ustanovu u kojoj se nalazi.
Abstract (english)
Action research stands out because, by involving practitioners in the research, they directly connect theory and practice. Today's pedagogical practice presents many challenges to educators and requires constant work and self-understanding as a reflective practitioner - a person who investigates his actions, thinks about them and uses scientific research techniques for the purpose of his own improvement. In addition to being familiar with problems in practice, educators should be familiar with the theoretical part of research implementation and continuously go through the stages of action research (planning, action, observation and reflection) and whenever necessary return to the previous stage of research. Every educator who wants to improve his work should be open to learning and research in order to improve the institution.
