Abstract
Volontiranje nudi raspon i razvijanje vještina, sposobnosti i komunikacije s ljudima. Ono što najviše nudi je iskustvo, kako u radu, tako i u prikupljanju znanja i mijenjaju perspektiva na svijet. Volontiranje je značajan indikador ispitivanja male grupe ljudi koji nastoje unjeti pozitivnu promjenu u zajednici u kojoj žive. Volontiranje, stoga, predstavlja aspket u kojem ljudi – individualno i zajednički – imaju poseban pogled na promjene za koje se zalažu. U ovom radu ispitati ću osnovne poglede na volontiranje, interese, motive i razloge volontiranja unutar male grupe ljudi – Udruge Dar – koji su se okupili kako bi uveli promjene u svojoj lokalnoj zajednici u Dugopolju. Iskustvo koje su stekli tijekom volontiranja u svojoj neprofitnoj udruzi, pokazat će se kao kvalitetan primjer kako pojedinac, sam i u zajedništvu, može mnogo naučiti i doprinjeti boljitku društva kroz volontiranje, te motivacijom za volontiranjem
Abstract (english)
Volunteering offers a range and development of skills, abilities and communication with people. What it offers the most is experience, both in work and in gathering knowledge and changing people's perspectives on the world. Volunteering is a significant indicator of examining a small group of people that seek positive change in their community. Therefore, volunteering is an aspect in which people – individually and collectively – have a distinct view of the changes they advocate. In this research, I will examine the basic views on volunteering, the motives and reasons for volunteering within a small group of people – Association DAR – who have gathered to bring positive change in their local community in Dugopolje. The experience they gained while volunteering in their non-profit association will be quality example of how an individual, alone and in community, can learn a lot and contribute to the betterment of society through volunteering and motivation to volunteer
