Abstract
Ovaj rad usmjeren je na temu timskog rada i njegove uspješne implementacije u nastavi. Pritom treba napomenuti da se pojmovi timski rad i grupni rad mogu koristiti kao sinonimi pod uvjetom da sudjelovanje u grupnom radu podrazumijeva kooperaciju. U radu se najveći naglasak stavlja na timski rad u nastavi te utjecaj broja učenika u grupi, grupiranja prema sposobnostima, omjera spolova unutar grupe, i individualnih razlika u osobnosti na formiranje grupe i kvalitetu suradnje. U radu se također raspravlja o poželjnim strategijama evaluacije te važnosti uloge učitelja u organizaciji grupnog rada koja je ključna za uspješnost implementacije ovog oblika rada u nastavu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is grup work and successful implementation of that learning strategy in the classroom. It should be emphasized that the terms team work and group work may be used as synonims on the condition that involvement in group work activities implies cooperation among members. This thesis discusses several aspects of group work that include the relevance of the group's size, ability grouping, gender ratio and individual differences in personality for the formation of the group and the quality of cooperation. It also presents the best evaluation strategies and the importance of the teacher's role in organizing the group work, which happens to be the key aspect of the successful implementation of this learning strategy in the classroom.
