Abstract
Zbog višeslojnog bogatstva podataka, knjiga kao kultrno dobro može se istraživati prema tematici, vremenu nastanka, estetskom stilu i na druge načine, a u ovom radu vrednovala se isključivo na dva načina; na onaj klasičan, knjiga kao knjiška građa i knjiga kao muzealija. Kao primjer uzeta je interpretacija knjiga iz vlasništva kontese Eteltride (Etheltride) Przemysl-Capogrosso, koja je udajom za Nikolu Capogrossa postala dio splitske plemićke obitelji Capogrosso-Kavanjin. Navedeni su tragovi koji upućuju na detalje važne za proučavanje života vlasnice i njezine komunikacije s osobama s kojima je dolazila u doticaj tijekom svog života. Radi se o rukopisnim posvetama, tragovima koji otkrivaju identitet bivših vlasnika, njihov doprinos i odnos prema vlasnici. Knjiga, koja pruža podatke u različitim oblicima, potiče na istraživanje različitih tema i sudbina prenoseći poruke ne samo svojim sadržajem, već i materijalom od kojeg je izrađena, a svojim umjetničkim i emocionalim vrijednostima, nacionalnim i starosnim odrednicama i sličnim ona otkriva nove, neočekivane i vrlo korisne informacije.
Abstract (english)
Due to great variety of meanings, book as a cultural asset can be examined through the theme, period in which it was written, aesthetic style and many other ways. In this work it was evaluated in two different ways: the classic way, book as a literary source and a book as musealia. Books taken as an example for interpretation were in the ownership of the countess Eteltride (Etheltride) Przemysl-Capogrosso who became a part of the Split's nobile family by marrying Nikola Capogrosso. Evidence shown indicate further research of the owner's life and her communication with other individuals she had to encounter, dedications in written form, sources revealing previous owners and their contribution and relation to the owner. Through the data it generates in many different forms, the book encourages the research of many different subjects and lives not only through its content, but also with material of which is made. With its artistic and emotional values, national and age determinants and similar, it reveals new and unexpected information.
