Abstract
Ovaj rad propituje stavove učitelja i nastavnika o uporabi informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije (IKT) u svom radu s obzirom na spol, životnu dob i predmet koji učitelj/nastavnik predaje. Najprije se daje uvid u teorijske postavke uporabe informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije u radu nastavnika, a zatim slijedi analiza provedenog istraživanje. U istraživanju su uključeni učitelji i predmetni nastavnici osnovnih i srednjih škola iz Splita (N=181). Istraživanjem je dokazano da postoji statistička značajna razlika u percepciji prepreka za korištenje IKTa s obzirom na spol učitelja/nastavnika ali samo kod drugog faktora: računala i računalni programi, te se stoga djelomično odbacuje nul hipoteza, prema kojoj ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u percepciji prepreka za korištenje IKTa s obzirom na spol učitelja/nastavnika. Time su potvrđene sve hipoteze zadane na početku istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper examines teachers' views on the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in their work with regard to gender, age and subject that the teacher teaches. Firstly, there is an insight into theoretical settings of the use of information and communication technology in the work of teachers, followed by an analysis of the research carried out. Teachers and subject teachers of elementary and secondary schools from Split (N = 181) were included in the survey. The research has shown that there is a statistically significant difference in the perception of barriers for the use of ICT in relation to the gender of the teacher but only on the second factor: computers and computer programs, therefore it partly rejects the null hypothesis that there is no statistically significant difference in the perception of barriers for the use of ICT in relation to the gender of the teacher. Therefore all the hypotheses set at the beginning of the survey are confirmed.
