Abstract
Autorica je opisala romaničku fazu splitskog zvonika i katedrale. U kraćim crtama je prikazana povijesna situacija 13. stoljeća. Sredinom istog započinje gradnja zvonika koja će se nastaviti kroz nadolazeća razdoblja. U radu se autorica kratko dotakla popravaka iz doba gotike i renesanse. Prvi dio analize posvećen je romaničkoj dekorativnoj i figuralnoj skulpturi zvonika sv. Duje. U tom dijelu naglasak je na figuralnoj skulpturi, poglavito reljefima Navještenja, prikazima vladarskog dostojanstva u podnožju katedrale i luku s figuralnim prikazom pod svodom. U drugom dijelu obrađeni su romanički elementi katedrale: splitske vratnice, drveni kor, propovijedaonica,škropionica, južni ulaz u katedralu, ikona Gospe od Sustipana i korice Splitskog sakramentara. Za razliku od zvonika, njihova očuvanost je jako dobra te se i danas u izvornom obliku nalaze unutar katedrale.
Abstract (english)
In this work, the author described the Romanesque phase of the Split belfry and cathedral. The historical situation of the 13th century is also described in brief. The building of the bell tower began in the 13th century and would continue throughout the upcoming periods. In this paper, the author briefly addressed the Gothic and Renaissance renovations. The first section of the analysis is dedicated to the Romanesque decorative and figural sculpture of the bell tower of Saint Domnius. Within that, emphasis is placed on figurative sculptures, especially the reliefs of the Annunciation, the depictions of the rulers’ dignity at the foot of the Cathedral and the Romanesque arch with a figurative depiction which is located under the vault. The second part of the analysis examined Romanesque elements of the Cathedral: the Cathedral front door, wooden choir stalls, the pulpit, holy water font, south entrance of the Cathedral, the painting called Madonna of Sustipan, and the silver covers of Split codex. Unlike the belfry, these are well preserved and to this day are still placed within the Cathedral and in their original form.
