Abstract
Prehrambene navike stjeĉu se rano, dok smo još vrlo mladi. Prijelaz na studentski ţivot, vrlo je kritiĉno razdoblje za mlade jer se mnogi tada prvi put suoĉavaju sa svojom odlukom o izboru hrane. Stoga, odlazak na fakultet ĉesto rezultira promjenom prehrambenih navika. Iz tog razloga, cilj rada bio je ispitati prehrambene navike studentica Filozofskog fakulteta u Splitu te karakteristike studentske prehrane. Ispitivanje je provedeno primjenom anketnog upitnika, kojim smo tijekom lipnja 2017. godine prikupili podatke o stavovima i mišljenjima studentica o nezdravoj hrani, uĉestalosti posezanja za njom i razlozima zbog kojih se poseţe, konzumaciji razliĉitih namirnica, promjeni prehrambenih navika tijekom studiranja, zadovoljstvu menzama, izvorima utjecaja na prehrambene navike itd. Zatim smo te podatke analizirali i interpretirali tijekom kolovoza i rujna 2017.godine. Analiza prikupljenih podataka je pokazala da studentice uglavnom smatraju da se njihova prehrana odlaskom na studij nije promijenila na gore, i da uglavnom paze na prehranu. TakoĊer smatraju da bi se studentska prehrana mogla poboljšati dostupnijom zdravom hranom u menzama i njenim jeftinijim cijenama, a većina se i slaţe da je prehrana bitan segment studentskog standarda. Stoga zakljuĉujemo da bi bilo poţeljno na razini Sveuĉilišta organizirati razliĉita predavanja na temu pravilne prehrane, kako bi se studenti više informirali o prehrani sukladnoj njihovim potrebama.
Abstract (english)
Food habits are acquired early, while we are still very young. The transition to student life is a very critical period for young people, for many are confronted for the first time by their decision of food choice. Therefore, going to college often results in a change in eating habits. For this reason, the aim of the study was to examine the eating habits of a student at the Faculty of Philosophy in Split and the characteristics of a student diet. The survey was conducted using a survey questionnaire, which in June 2017 collected information on the attitudes and opinions of students about unhealthy food, the frequency of posting for them and the reasons for which they came to eat, consumption of different foods, changes in eating habits during study, satisfaction with meals in canteens, sources source of influence on eating habits, etc. The analysis of the collected data showed that students generally believe that their diet by going to college has not get worse and that they mostly look after the diet. They also believe that student nutrition could improve with more accessible healthy food in canteens and its cheaper prices, and most of them agree that nutrition is an essential segment of the student standard. Therefore, we conclude that it would be preferably, at the University level, to organize various lectures on proper nutrition, so that students could be more informed about their diet in accordance with their needs
