Abstract
Postoji važna korelacija između morala, etike i ljudskih prava. Moral jest navika i način života. U etičkim diskusijama nema jasne crte između etike kao filozofske discipline i morala kao subjekta. Ljudska prava su prava koja pripadaju individualcu ili grupi individualaca. Moderna ljudska prava počela su se razvijati u modernom vremenu, poslije Thomasa Hobbesa i Johna Lockea. U njihovim knjigama čitamo o tome da ljudska prava proizlaze iz ljudske prirode i njezinog svojstva. Danas postoje različite vrste etike, kao što je konzekvencijalizam, deontologija, etika vrline, etika brige. One imaju različit pogled na neke etičke probleme, ali ih ljudska prava trebaju. Bez njih se ne može prikazati u kojem smjeru se ljudska prava trebaju razvijati.
Abstract (english)
There is an important correlation between morality, ethics and human rights. Moral is the habit and way of life. In ethical discussions there is no clear line between ethics as a philosophical discipline and moral as a subject. Human rights are the rights that belong to an individual or group of individuals. Modern human rights began to evolve in modern times, after Thomas Hobbes and John Locke. In their books, we read about human rights deriving from human nature and their property. Today there are different types of ethics, such as consequentialism, deontology, virtue ethics, care ethics. They have different views on some ethical problems, but human rights need them. Without them, it can not be shown in which direction human rights should develop.
