Abstract
Opći cilj istraživanja je ispitati i analizirati sociodemografska obilježja redovitih studenata koji koriste usluge Studentskog centra te njihova iskustva vezana za rad tijekom studija. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom anketiranja (licem u lice) i online anketiranjem u razdoblju od srpnja do kolovoza 2019. godine na prigodnom uzorku od 216 redovitih studenata Sveučilišta u Splitu koji su bili zaposleni preko Studentskog centra u akademskoj godini 2017./2018. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja pokazuju kako su studenti djelomično zadovoljni s plaćom koju im daje poslodavac, te kako polovicu mjesečnog prihoda zarade preko Studentskog centra, a ostatak pridonose roditelji. Ipak, petina studenata većinu mjesečnog prihoda dobiva od roditelja ili stipendije, pa, iako primaju stipendije, i dalje su prisiljeni biti zaposleni. Studenti najčešće provedu 1-8 sati na poslu, te polovica ispitanika ima prosječnu satnicu od 20 do 25 kuna, što je ujedno i minimalna naknada. Nešto manje od trećine studenata smatra da im posao u manjoj mjeri oduzima vrijeme, a isti je postotak onih studenata koji drže da im posao uopće ne oduzima vrijeme za predavanja i učenje.
Abstract (english)
The general aim of the research is to examine and analyze the sociodemographic characteristics of full-time students who are using Student Center services and their work related experiences during their studies. The survey was conducted by using a face-to-face survey method and online survey for periods from July to August 2019. on a sample of 216 full time students of University of Split, who were employed through the Student Center in the academic year 2017/2018. The results of the research show that students are partially satisfied with the salary paid by the employer, and that they earn half of their monthly income through the Student Center, while the rest is contributed by parents. Still, a fifth of students receive most of their monthly income from a parents or scholarship, so even though they receive scholarships, they are still forced to be employed. Students usually spend 1-8 hours at work, and half of the respondents have average hourly rate of between 20 and 25 kuna, which is also a minimum fee. Just under a third students think that their work is less time consuming, and the same percentage of those students say that their work does not take time at all for teaching and learning.
