Abstract
Ovim radom prikazan je razvoj, stanje i važnost ključnih koncepata obrazovanja (cjeloživotno obrazovanje, cjeloživotno učenje i obrazovanje odraslih), kao i važnost sudjelovanja u programima cjeloživotnog učenja i obrazovanja te obrazovanja odraslih. Provedenim istraživanjem pokušalo se utvrditi postoje li razlike među polaznicima programa izobrazbi za zapošljavanje u sociodemografskim obilježjima i razlozima za sudjelovanje u programima s obzirom na ta obilježja. Također su se i pokušale utvrditi koje su, za polaznike programa, najvažnije karakteristike potencijalnog radnog mjesta. Međutim, u vrijeme provedbe istraživanja aktivna su bila jedino dva programa što je rezultiralo nedovoljnim uzorkom za dublju analizu ili usporedbe te su umjesto toga rezultati uspoređeni sa dva prethodna istraživanja polaznika programa izobrazbi u Hrvatskom Zavodu za zapošljavanje (2009. i 2013.). Usporedbom dobivenih rezultata iz sva tri istraživanja, ispostavilo se nekoliko sličnosti: zaključuje se kako muškarci većinom prevladavaju u pohađanju programa cjeloživotnog učenja dok što se tiče dobi, osobe starije od 45 godina su u najmanjoj mjeri zastupljene u navedenim programima. Sa istraživanjem iz 2013. utvrđena je i sličnost po pitanju postignutog stupnja obrazovanja u smislu da polaznici programa cjeloživotnog učenja najčešće imaju završenu srednju školu. Ipak, dobivene sličnosti ne bi se trebalo prihvaćati sa sigurnošću s obzirom na nedovoljan uzorak, već bi ih trebalo provjeriti ponavljanjem istraživanja na većem uzorku Konačno, kao glavni zaključak našeg istraživanja i usporedbe rezultata sa prethodnim istraživanjima, ostaje činjenica da se u Hrvatskoj treba posvetiti veća pozornost cjeloživotnom učenju i obrazovanju odraslih jer je od presudne važnosti u ovom suvremenom vremenu da u takve programe budu uključene sve skupine stanovništva, osobito nezaposleni.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the development, status and importance of key concepts of education (lifelong education, lifelong learning, adult education), as well as the importance of participating in lifelong learning, lifelong education and adult education programs. The conducted research tried to determine whether there are differences between the participants of the training programs for employment in the sociodemographic characteristics and the reasons for participation in the programs with regard to these characteristics. Attempts were also made to identify what are the most important characteristics of the potential workplace for program participants. During the time of the research, only two programs were active, which resulted in insufficient sample size for deeper analysis or comparisons, and instead the results were compared with two previous studies of participants at the Croatian Employment Service (2009. and 2013.). Comparing the results from all three studies, several similarities emerge: it is concluded that men are predominant in lifelong learning programs, while in terms of age, persons older than 45 are the least represented in these programs. Similarities are also found with 2013 research in the terms of educational attainment in the sense that most participants of lifelong learning programs have completed high school. However, the similarities obtained should not be accepted with certainty given the insufficient sample size, but should be verified by repeated research on a larger sample. Finally, as the main conclusion of our research and comparison of results with previous research, the fact remains that more attention should be paid to lifelong learning and adult education in Croatia, since it is crucial in these modern times that all groups of the population, especially the unemployed, are included in this kind of programs.
