Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazala sam ciljeve tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture u razrednoj nastavi te važnost kompetencija učitelja za kineziološko dijagnosticiranje. Preporučljivo je djecu uključiti u izvannastavne sportske aktivnosti tek kada krenu u školu. Učitelj svojim znanjem i vještinama stečenim na studijskim kolegijima Metodike nastave tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture može pravilno usmjeriti učenike k određenoj sportskoj aktivnosti. Sport je važan čimbenik u djetetovom životu zbog dobrobiti čitavoga djetetetova organizma. Pozitivno utječe na uspješnost u školi, bolju socijalizaciju, veće samopouzdanje, statistički značajno manje izraženo rizično ponašanje, bolje prehrambene navike i češće uključivanje u sportsko-rekreacijske aktivnosti. Učitelj razredne nastave na satovima tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture koristi kineziološku dijagnostiku kako bi uočio sportski talent učenika i uz dogovor s roditeljima usmjerio dijete na odgovarajuću sportsko – rekreacijsku aktivnost.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, I presented the goals of physical education and health in primary school and the importance of teacher competencies for kinesiological diagnosis. It is recommended to include children in extracurricular sports activities only when they start school. The teacher, with his knowledge and skills acquired in the study courses of the Methodology of Teaching Physical Education and Health, can correctly direct students to a certain sports activity. Sport is an important factor in a child's life for the well-being of the child's entire body. It has a positive effect on school performance, better socialization, higher self-confidence, statistically significantly less pronounced risk behavior, better eating habits and more frequent involvement in sports and recreational activities. The teacher of physical education classes uses kinesiological diagnostics in order to notice the sports talent of students and, in agreement with the parents, direct the child to the appropriate sports and recreational activity.
