Abstract
Glazbene preferencije podrazumijevaju davanje prednosti određenom glazbenom stilu. Istraživanja koja se bave glazbenim preferencijama pokušavaju odgovoriti na pitanja kako one nastaju i čime su uvjetovane. Rad se sastoji od teorije u kojemu se objašnjava pojam glazbenih preferencija i glazbenog ukusa te se navode rezultati provedenih istraživanja i spoznaja. Opisuje se utjecaj glazbe na dijete i važnost temeljnih područja poticanja ranog glazbenog interesa kao i njihov mogući utjecaj na razvoj glazbenih preferencija kod djece rane i predškolske dobi. Istraživanja pokazuju da djeca rane i predškolske dobi s lakoćom prihvaćaju različite žanrove glazbe za razliku od djece školske dobi i odraslih. Jedna od uloga ustanova ranog i predškolskog odgoja je da djeci pružaju što više interakcije s umjetnički kvalitetnom glazbom i na taj način usmjeravaju djetetove glazbene preferencije i oblikuju njegov glazbeni ukus.
Abstract (english)
Musical preferences imply giving preference to a certain musical style. Research dealing with musical preferences try to establish how they are made and what are the conditions for their creation. The paper is made up out of theory that explains the concept of musical preferences and taste in music and it offers results of the conducted research and its findings. The influence of music on children and the importance of elementary areas of encouraging early musical interest is described. It is also discussed how there is a possible influence of those elementary areas to developing musical preferences with children of early and preschool age. Research shows that younger children accept different genres of music much easier than children already in school or adults. One of the roles that institutions of early childhood education have is to enable children as much interaction with quality artisan music as possible and, in that way, guide their musical preferences and shape their taste in music.
