Abstract
Igra je svima dobro poznata aktivnost te je urođena potreba djeteta. U igri se dijete rado nalazi i uživa. Ona je osnovni biološki dječji nagon koji je u tolikoj mjeri intenzivan da se djeca igraju bez obzira na to jesu li prisutne stvarne igračke ili ne. Vidljiva je razlika, u odnosu na prijašnja desetljeća, u smanjenju vremena koje djeca provode u igri. Prije su se djeca više bavila fizičkom aktivnošću, bila su aktivnija i otvorenija za nova iskustva. Danas, u modernom 21. stoljeću, tehnologija je mnogo toga donijela, ali i zamijenila neke stare običaje i načine ne baš tako dobrim novitetima. Igra je oduvijek bila bitna da djetetov holistički razvoj vodi ciljano u pravome smjeru. Djetetova okolina, s naglaskom na roditelje i odgojitelje, ima ulogu voditi, poticati i pravilno usmjeriti dijete.
Abstract (english)
Play is a well-known activity and the child's innate need. In the game child is happy to find themselves and enjoy. It is a basic biological child instinct that is so intense that children play regardless of whether real toys are present or not. There is a visible difference, compared to previous decades, in reducing the time children spend playing. In the past, children were more involved in physical activity, more active and open to new experiences. Today, in the modern 21st century, technology has brought a lot, but also replaced some old customs and ways with not so good novelties. Play has always been essential that a child’s holistic development leads in a targeted direction. The child's environment, with an emphasis on parents and educators, has the role of guiding, directing and encouraging the child in the right direction.
