Abstract
Komunikacija je promjenjiva, složena i stalni pratitelj ljudske aktivnosti. Posao je odgajatelja zahtijevan i kao takav zahtijeva usavršavanje komunikacijskih vještina koje su od neizmjerne važnosti za odgojno-obrazovni rad. Komunikacija je ključ odgojno-obrazovnog procesa u koji su podjednako uključeni roditelji i odgajatelji. Kvalitetna komunikacija omogućuje razvoj partnerskih odnosa i pomaže odgajateljima u osnaživanju roditeljstva. Teorijski dio rada opisuje komunikaciju u dječjem vrtiću, s djecom i roditeljima te kompetencije odgajatelja s naglaskom na komunikacijske kompetencije. Empirijski dio rada je istraživanje provedeno pomoću anketnog upitnika na uzorku od 147 ispitanika, a ispitanici su odgajatelji djece rane i predškolske dobi. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati stavove odgajatelja o kvaliteti komunikacije u odgojno-obrazovnoj ustanovi, o komunikacijskim oblicima koje koriste i preferiraju za suradnju s roditeljima te koje preferiraju. Ispitivanje je provedeno na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.
Abstract (english)
Communication is changeable, complexable and a constant companion of human activity. Educator job is demanding and like that requires continuous improvement communcation skills that are of great importance for educational work. Communication is key of educational proces which parents and educators are equally involved. Quality communication enables the development of partnerships and helps educators empower parenting. The theoretical part of the paper describes communication in kindergarten, with children and with parents and educator competencies with emphasis on communication competencies. The empirical part of the paper consist of a research which was carried out through a questionnaire with a sample of 147 people who are educators. The aim of the research is examine the attitudes of educators about the quality of communication in kindergarten, which forms of communication they use to work with parents and which they prefer. The research was conducted in the Splitsko-dalmatinska County.
