Abstract
Znanstvene spoznaje u području odgoja i obrazovanja, nove okolnosti života i djetinjstva uvjetovale su promjenjeno shvaćanje djeteta. Dijete više nije objekt unaprijed određenog odgojno-obrazovnog procesa, već postaje autor vlastita razvoja. Rad djece na projektu sklop je tematskih aktivnosti koje nastaju spontano u istraživanju djece, odgojitelja i roditelja. Naglasak je na načinu stjecanja znanja, a ne na sadržaju. Istraživanjem djeca razvijaju različite kompetencije korisne tijekom čitava života, a rezultat je suradničko učenje. Rad djece na projektu podrrazumijeva uvjete koji odgovaraju suvremenom odgojno -obrazovnom procesu. Djeca uče čineći, vlastitim načinom i tempom , ali i međusobno. Odgojitelj je u ulozi promatrača i analitičara, ohrabruje i potiče. Roditelj je aktivni sudionik odgojno-obrazovnog procesa i dječjeg projekta. Rad djece na projektu omogućuje kvalitetnu komunikaciju i njegovih sudionika i unapređenje odgojno-obrazovne prakse, što direktno utječe na ugodan i uspješan proces produbljivanja i širenja postojećih iskustava i znanja djece.
Abstract (english)
Scientific knowledge in the field of upbringing and education, the new circumstances of life and childhood caused the changed perception of the child. The child is no longer a predetermined object of the educational process, but becomes the author of its own development. Child work on the project is collection of themed activities that occur spontaneously when explored by children, educators and parents. The emphasis is on the way of acquiring knowledge, and not the content. By exploring, children develop various competencies useful for their entire lives, and the result is a collaborative learning. Child work on the project includes conditions that correspond to modern educational and upbringing process. Child learn by working their own way and pace, but also learn from each others. Educator is an observer and analyst, he encourages and promotes. Parent is an active participant in the educational process and the children's project. Child work on the project enables quality communication of its participants and improvment of educational practice, which directly affects the pleasant and successful process of deepening and expansion of existing experience and knowledge of children.
