Abstract
Ples je od davnina poznatiji kao sredstvo liječenja, povezivanja s transcendentnim i medijator između tijela i uma. Mnoga plemena i narodi koristili su ples u terapeutske svrhe u svojim ritualima. Najpoznatiji „medicinski ples“ u Hrvatskoj je tarantela, stoga je vidljivo koliko je bilo veliko povjerenje u ljekovito svojstvo plesa čak i u našim krajevima. Plesna terapija ponovno se vratila u službenu medicinu, kao prevencijska ili dopuna standardnom liječenju, a potreba za plesnom terapijom sve je raznovrsnija i traženija. Ples u terapeutske svrhe kod djece pokazuje pozitivne rezultate, kao što je smanjenje simptoma kod djece s cerebralnom paralizom ili autizmom. Kod trudnica je poznata jedna vrsta plesa – trbušni ples – koji je preživio unatoč stigmama koje su ga obavijale, a danas se promovira kao dobar izbor za vrijeme i nakon trudnoće. Svaki ples, pa tako i trbušni, pokazao je mnoge prednosti u terapeutskim terapijama, a u navedenom radu zastupljene su mnoga područja u kojima plesna terapija pokazuje iznimne rezultate
Abstract (english)
Dance has long been known as a means of healing, connecting with the transcendent and a mediator between body and mind. Many tribes and peoples have used dance for therapeutic purposes in their rituals. The most famous "medical dance" in Croatia is the tarantula, so it is obvious how much confidence there was in the healing properties of dance, even in our region. Dance therapy has returned to official medicine, as a preventive or supplement to standard treatment, and the need for dance therapy is becoming more diverse and in demand. Dancing for therapeutic purposes in children shows positive results, such as reducing symptoms in children with cerebral palsy or autism. One type of dance is known to pregnant women - belly dancing - which has survived despite the stigmas that have enveloped it, and is today promoted as a good choice during and after pregnancy. Every dance, including belly dancing, has shown many advantages in therapeutic therapies, and in this paper there are many areas in which dance therapy shows exceptional results.
