Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti razvojne strahove i anksiozne poremećaje kod djece rane i predškolske dobi. Strah ubrajamo u osnovne ili temeljne emocije, i sastavni je dio djetetovog razvoja. Dijete staro tek nekoliko mjeseci doživljava strah od jakih i glasnih podražaja kao što su jako svjetlo ili glasni zvukovi. Anksioznost je stanje u kojem se očekuje opasnost na koju se psiha treba pripremiti. Simptomi kao što su: glavobolje, mučnine, povraćanje, ubrzani rad srca i sl. tipični su anksioznost. Roditeljstvo je najodgovorniji proces u kojem je glavni cilj djetetova dobrobit. Postoje četiri vrste roditeljskih stilova odgoja: autoritativni, permisivni, neuključeni i autoritarni, koji utječu na djetetov razvoj. Roditelji i odgajatelji trebali bi ostvariti partnerski odnos i uspješnu suradnju kako bi što bolje mogli pomoći djetetu u suočavanju s njegovim strahovima i anksioznošću. Djeci mogu pomoći terapeuti putem terapije igrom, kognitivno-bihevioralne i art terapije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research paper is to explain developmental fears and anxiety disorders in children of early and preschool age. We count fear as a basic or fundamental emotion, and it is an integral part of a child's development. A child only a few months old experiences fear of strong and loud stimuli such as bright lights or loud noises. Anxiety is a state in which danger is expected, for which the psyche needs to prepare. Symptoms such as: headaches, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, etc. are typical symptoms of anxiety. Parenting is the most responsible process in which the main goal is the child's well-being. There are four types of parenting styles: authoritative, permissive, uninvolved and authoritarian, which affect the child's development. Parents and educators should achieve a partnership and successful cooperation in order to best help the child in dealing with his fears and anxiety. Children can be helped by therapists through play therapy, cognitive-behavioral and art therapy.
