Abstract
Märchen sind eine alte Textgattung in der mündlichen Überlieferung über wundersame Begebenheiten. Sehr berühmt sind die Gebrüder Grimm mit ihrer Sammlung Kinder- und Hausmärchen. Ihre Märchen wurden in mehr als 150 Sprachen übersetzt. Eines der vielen berühmten Märchen ist Schneewittchen. Neben dem erwähnten Märchen geht es in dieser Arbeit auch um den allgemeinen Begriff des Märchens, also um ihre Entstehung und Geschichte, sowie um die Verfilmung Snow White and the Hunstman von Schneewittchen. Phantastische Elemente und Figuren wie Hexen, Zauberinnen, Zauberspiegel, Zwerge sind auch im Märchen zu erkennen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Klassik von der Moderne oder Phantastik zu unterscheiden, aber auch die Entwicklung und emanzipierte Märchenvariante zu erkennen.
Abstract (english)
Fairy tales are an old literary genre that belongs to oral literature and deals with miraculous and fantastic events. The Grimm brothers are one of the most famous authors of children's stories (Kinder- und Hausmärchen). Their fairy tales have been translated into more than 150 languages. One of the many famous fairy tales is Snow White. In addition to the mentioned fairy tale, this work also deals with the general concept of fairy tales, their origin and history, as well as the film adaptation Snow White and the Huntsman. Fantastic elements and figures such as witches, sorceresses, magic mirrors and dwarfs are recognizable in fairy tales. The aim of this work is to distinguish classic from modern or fantastic, but also to recognize the development and emancipated types of fairy tales.
