Abstract
Diplomski rad donosi pregled razvoja sakralne baštine Marjanskog poluotoka od antičkog doba pa sve do razdoblja novog vijeka. Najprije je ukratko predstavljen povijesni kontekst, prvo grada Splita, a potom i samog poluotoka Marjana. Potom su detaljnije predstavljene svaka od crkava, svrstane na temelju geografskog aspekta, te Židovsko groblje. Cilj rada je prikazati kontinuitet gradnje sakralne baštine na području Marjanskog poluotoka, koja seže sve do antičkog doba, te odnos same sakralne baštine i prostora na kojem se ona nalazi.
Abstract (english)
The graduation thesis provides an overview of the development of the sacred heritage of the Marjan Peninsula from ancient times to the modern period. Firstly, the historical context is briefly presented, first of the city of Split, and then of the Marjan peninsula itself. Then each of the churches, classified on the basis of geographical aspect, and the Jewish cemetery are presented in more detail. The aim of the work is to show the continuity of the construction of sacred heritage in the area of the Marjan Peninsula, which goes back to the ancient times, and the relationship between the sacred heritage itself and the area where it is located.
