Abstract
Inkluzivni odgoj i obrazovanje je ono koje se temelji na prihvaćanju svih i omogućuje zadovoljavanje individualnih potreba pojedinca. Usmjereno je na prilagođavanje sustava djeci te time potiče razvoj urođenih potencijala. Ono što iznimno utječe na provedbu inkluzije jest kultura i okruženje te termini koji se koriste u komunikaciji. Inkluzija predstavlja uključivanje svih sudionika u tijek odgojno obrazovnog procesa u odgojno obrazovnim ustanovama. Ističe se uloga odgojitelja kao jedna od glavnih uloga u inkluzivnom odgoju i obrazovanju sve djece pa tako i one s govornim teškoćama. S obzirom da veliki broj djece ima teškoće u jezično govorno glasovnoj komunikaciji, osvješćivanje dobrobiti odgojno obrazovnog inkluzivnog pristupa i rane intervencije kao jedne od uloga odgojitelja od iznimne je važnosti. Stoga je na odgojiteljima da prepoznaju i uočavaju teškoće te provode ranu intervenciju sa stručnim suradnicima. Ključan značaj u razvoju djeteta je upravo rana intervencija koja se treba provoditi od najranijih trenutaka djetetovog života u suradnji primarnih skrbnika i stručnog tima kako bi se prevenirale teškoće.
Abstract (english)
Inclusive upbringing education is based on accepting and accommodating all individuals' needs. It is focused on adapting the system to children and thereby fostering the development of their innate potentials. What greatly influences the implementation of inclusion is the culture and environment, as well as the terms used in communication. Inclusion involves the participation of all participants in the educational process in educational institutions. The role of educators is emphasized as one of the key roles in inclusive upbringing and education of all children, including those with speech difficulties. Considering that a large number of children have difficulties in language, speech, and vocal communication, it is necessary to raise awareness of the importance of an inclusive approach and early intervention as one of the roles of educators. Therefore, it is up to the educators to recognize and identify difficulties and implement early intervention with the help of professional collaborators. Early intervention, which should be implemented from the earliest moments of a child's life in collaboration with primary caregivers and a professional team, plays a crucial role in a child's development in order to prevent difficulties.
