Abstract
Odgajateljska ljubav je vrsta duhovne ljubavi kojoj je primaran cilj korekcija sustava vrijednosti onoga koga volimo; ona je nepristrana i njezin dvojni karakter univerzalnosti i pojedinačnosti susreće se upravo u osobi učitelja. Smatra da je odgajateljska ljubav ono što potiče odgajatelja da mijenja učenika, uz nužan uvjet da učenik ima slobodni izbor i želju za promjenom (Vuk-Pavlović, 1939). Cilj ovog rada bio je pojasniti fenomen odgajateljske ljubavi te pojmove odgoja i obrazovanja, s naglaskom na odgojnu komponentu i motivaciju učitelja za istu; promotriti oscilacije u motivaciji pri odgojno-obrazovnom procesu te sam odnos učitelja i učenika kroz prizmu odgajateljske ljubavi. Kvalitativnom metodom ispitivanja intervjuirani su učitelji razredne nastave (n=8). Obrada podataka provedene je tematskom analizom (Braun i Clarke, 2006). Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su kako nema istinskog odgoja bez ljubavi između učitelja i učenika koja se očituje u uzajamnom povjerenju, razumijevanju, komunikaciji, međusobnom prihvaćanju te motiviranju.
Abstract (english)
Educational love is a type of spiritual love whose primary goal is correcting the value system of the one we love; it is impartial and its dual character of universality and individuality is met precisely in the person of the teacher. Educational love is what motivates the teacher to change the student's attitudes, with the necessary condition that the student has a free choice and desire to change (Vuk-Pavlović, 1939). The main aim of this work was to clarify the phenomenon of teacher's love and the concepts of upbringing and education, with an emphasis on the educational component and the teacher's motivation for it; observe oscillations in motivation during the educational process and the relationship between teacher and student through the prism of educational love. Primary school teachers (n=8) were interviewed using a qualitative research method. Data processing was carried out by thematic analysis (Braun and Clarke, 2006). The obtained results showed that there isn't true education without love between the student and the teacher, which manifests itself in mutual trust, understanding, communication, mutual acceptance and motivation.
