Abstract
Simetrija se objašnjava kao jedan od ključnih elemenata dizajna, ali se naglašava da nije univerzalna, te da se mijenja kroz vrijeme, odražavajući različite umjetničke stilove. Istražuju se razne vrste simetrije, uključujući zrcalnu refleksijsku simetriju i rotacijsku simetriju, te kako se one primjenjuju u dvodimenzionalnim geometrijskim oblicima. Objašnjava se važnost ravnoteže, koja se dijeli na simetričnu, asimetričnu i optičku ravnotežu. Simetrična ravnoteža povezuje se s osjećajem smirenosti i stabilnosti, dok asimetrična ravnoteža stvara dojam dinamike i pokreta. Proučavanje simetrije i ravnoteže važno je ne samo u umjetnosti, već i u matematici, fizici, kemiji, te drugim znanstvenim disciplinama. Ravnoteža se povezuje s važnosti percepcije kod djece, posebno u njihovom likovnom stvaranju, gdje simetrija i ravnoteža igraju ključnu ulogu. Simetrija se povezuje s harmonijom i ljepotom, dok asimetrija donosi dinamiku i energiju, te sugerira da kombinacija oba koncepta može dovesti do uravnoteženog i skladnog dizajna
Abstract (english)
Symmetry is explained as one of the key elements of design, but it is emphasized that it is not universal, and that it changes over time, reflecting different artistic styles. Various types of symmetry are explored, including mirror reflection symmetry and rotational symmetry, and how they apply in two-dimensional geometric shapes. The importance of balance is explained, which is divided into symmetrical, asymmetrical and optical balance. Symmetrical balance is associated with a sense of calm and stability, while asymmetrical balance creates an impression of dynamism and movement. The study of symmetry and balance is important not only in art, but also in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and other scientific disciplines. Balance is associated with the importance of perception in children, especially in their artistic creation, where symmetry and balance play a key role. Symmetry is associated with harmony and beauty, while asymmetry brings dynamism and energy, suggesting that the combination of both concepts can lead to a balanced and harmonious design.
