Digitalization of school administration is becoming increasingly important in today's digital world. This transformation enhances the way schools manage their administrative processes, making them more efficient and productive. Digitalization brings about changes in the execution of administrative tasks, communication within the school community, and teaching methods. The e-School project played a key role in increasing the digital literacy of teachers and students by providing them with the opportunity to acquire new digital skills and familiarize themselves with modern technological tools. The continued advancement of digital literacy is reflected in the Digital Croatia Strategy, which lays the foundations for the further development of digital competences in the education system. In this context, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a necessary tool for the digitalization of schooling and education. The use of ICT improves the quality of teaching, access to information, administrative processes, and the development of students' digital skills. The integration of ICT in education enables more efficient and interactive teaching, facilitates access to diverse educational resources via the Internet, simplifies administrative processes in schools, and encourages the development of digital competencies crucial for success in the modern digital world. The Digital Croatia Strategy represents a long-term plan to advance the digital transformation of various sectors of society, including education. Up to the year 2032, the focus of the strategy is to ensure that Croatian education is prepared for the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age. Which will contribute to better preparing students for the future and strengthening the competitiveness of the education system.
