Abstract
Agresivnost se odnosi na nanošenje štete ili povrede stvarima ili drugim pojedincima uz namjeru da se nanese šteta, odnosno povrijedi druga osoba. Razni čimbenici utječu na rizik od razvoja agresivnog ponašanja kod adolescenata, pa ga tako rizični povećavaju, a zaštitni umanjuju. Pritom se ti čimbenici ne javljaju samo u obitelji i u školi, već obuhvaćaju sve razine u kojima se adolescent nalazi i njegove osobine ličnosti. More povezani su sa školskom klimom, utjecajem učitelja koji predaju u školi, odnosom prema vršnjacima, kvalitetom škole, akademskim uspjehom itd. Škola kao odgojno-obrazovna ustanova ima odgovornost reagirati preventivno kako bi spriječila agresivno ponašanje i ostale probleme u ponašanju. U preventivnim aktivnostima sudjeluju stručni suradnici zaposleni u školama, a među njima i pedagozi. Oni se u tu svrhu koriste različitim strategijama, uključujući procjenu vjerojatnosti problema u ponašanju kod adolescenata i poduzimanje koraka za sprječavanje problema u ponašanju tijekom individualnih i grupnih aktivnosti, kao i radionica. Isto tako, pedagozi su usredotočeni na poticanje emocionalne inteligencije kod učenika kroz stjecanje socijalnih vještina, suradnju s roditeljima, savjetovanje s učiteljima i drugim stručnjacima te njegovanje pozitivnog školskog okruženja kako bi se spriječili probleme u ponašanju kod mladih. Aggression refers to causing damage or injury to things or other individuals with the intention of causing damage, or injuring another person. Various factors affect the risk of developing aggressive behavior in adolescents, so risky ones increase it, and protective ones decrease it. At the same time, these factors do not occur only in the family and at school, but include all the levels in which the adolescent is and his personality traits. More and protective factors are related to the school climate, the influence of the teachers who teach at the school, the attitude towards peers, the quality of the school, academic success, etc. The school as an educational institution has the responsibility to react preventively in order to prevent aggressive behavior and other behavioral problems. Professional associates employed in schools, including pedagogues, participate in preventive activities. They use a variety of strategies for this purpose, including assessing the likelihood of behavioral problems in adolescents and taking steps to prevent behavioral problems during individual and group activities, as well as during workshops.
