Abstract
Tendencija za promjenom tradicionalne škole, koja je usmjerena na sadržaj, dovela je do stvaranja pedagoškog pluralizma. Osnivaju se brojne pedagoške koncepcije, koje su se približile učenicima i stavile ih u središte odgojno-obrazovnog procesa. Zbog potreba suvremenoga svijeta za osposobljavanjem inovativnog i originalnog pojedinca, kod djece treba poticati razvoj kreativnosti od najranije dobi. Brojne težnje ka razvoju kreativnosti u suvremenim školama još uvijek nisu ostvarene. S druge strane, postoje neke reformne pedagoške koncepcije, poput Waldorfske pedagogije, Jena plana Petera Petersena te škole Celestina Freineta u kojima se kreativnost potiče u praksi. U ovim alternativnim školama, pojedinac je u središtu, poštuje se njegova osobnost i posebnost, kojoj je sve prilagođeno. U njima se na različite načine potiče kreativnost, kroz rad, umjetnost, ali i igru, osposobljava se kreativan i originalan pojedinac.
Abstract (english)
Tendency to change the traditional school, which is directed to the content, has brought the creation of pedagogical pluralism. A lot of pedagogical conceptions are being founded and they are very close to the students in a way that they put them in the center of educational process. Because of the need of the modern world to train innovative and original individual, children have to be encouraged to develop their creativity in early age. A lot of aspirations towards the development of creativity in modern schools are still not achieved. On the other hand, there are some reform pedagogical conceptions such as Waldorf pedagogy, Jena plan by Peter Petersen and Celestin Freinete's school, in which creativity is encouraged in practice. In these alternative schools, an individual is in the center, his personality and distinctiveness are respected and everything is adjusted to it. In these schools, creativity is encouraged in a lot of ways; through work, art, but also through game. In this way, an individual is trained as a creative and original person.
