Abstract
Škola je jedna od temeljnih odgojno-obrazovnih institucija svakog društva. U radu je ispitivano mišljenje učenika viših razreda osnovne škole o školi budućnosti (budućnosti škole). Prikazan je pregled razvoja škole, od njezinih početaka do suvremenosti, te alternativne škole i sustavi. Radom se željelo utvrditi razlikuju li se mišljenja učenika o budućnosti škole s obzirom na spol učenika, razred, školski uspjeh i veličinu mjesta u kojem se nalazi škola koju pohađaju. Prema dobivenim rezultatima utvrđene su dvije komponente mišljenja učenika o budućnosti škole: virtualnost škole i usmjerenost škole na učenika. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata možemo zaključiti da je važnost tehnologije i njezino korištenje za mlade generacije imperativ ne samo sadašnjeg nego i budućeg trenutka. Shvaćajući ovu činjenicu stručnjaci u školstvu i pedagogiji imaju zadatak usmjeriti se na što uspješnije korištenje tehnologije kao saveznika, kao sredstva za razvoj uspješne i kvalitetne škole.
Abstract (english)
School is the fundamental educational institution in every society. This paper examined opinions of higher grades students of elementary school of the future of school. This thesis presented a review of school development from its beginnings to the present and alternative schools and systems. The aim of this paper was to establish if there is a difference between the students views on the future of school in relations of students gender, class, school success and the size of the place in which the school they attend is. The results determined two components of student's views on the future of schools: the virtuality of schools and school orientation to students. The results emphasises the importance of technology and its use for the new generations is imperative not only for the present but for the future as well. Considering this fact experts in education and pedagogy have the task to focus on successful use of technology, using it as an ally, as a resources for the development of a successful and the quality schools.
