Abstract
Od svih umjetnosti glazba je djeci najdostupnija već od rođenja. Glazba u djetetu izaziva veselje i tako uočava i upoznaje okruženje u kojemu živi. Glazbeno poticajno okuženje je jedan od bitnih elemenata za razvoj dječje muzikalnosti. Glazbeno kompetentan odgajatelj treba biti istražitelj, mora biti otvoren za ideje, spreman na kompromis, mora omogućavati improvizacije i kreativno izražavanje. Djetetu bi svakodnevno trebalo pjevati tapkalice, cupkalice i druge zabavljalice i pjevanjem pjesama, slušanjem glazbe, glazbenim igrama i sviranjem instrumenata ćemo utjecati na njegov cjelovit razvoj. Zadaća roditelja i odgajatelja je da od najranije dobi potiču i omoguće djetetu razvoj njegovih glazbenih sposobnosti. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je saznati kakve su zapravo glazbene kompetencije odgajatelja i potiče li se ( u kolikoj se mjeri potiče ) glazbeno stvaralaštvo u vrtiću. Istraživanje je provedeno u dječjem vrtiću „Koralj“ u Splitu. Provela sam dvije ankete u kojima je sudjelovalo 10 odgajatelja i 10 djece.
Abstract (english)
Of all the arts, music is best available to children since birth. Music in a child provokes joy and thus sees and meets the environment in which it lives. Musical inspiration is one of the essential elements for the development of children's music. The music competent educator should be an investigator, must be open to ideas, ready for compromise, must provide improvisation and creative expression. The child would need to sing taps, cupcakes and other fun songs and singing songs every day, listening to music, playing music and playing instruments will affect his overall development. The task of parents and educators is to encourage and develop a child's musical abilities from the earliest age. The aim of this study was to find out what kind of musical competences are the educators and to encourage (to what extent) music creation in kindergarten. The research was conducted in the Koralj children's kindergarten in Split. I conducted two surveys involving 10 educators and 10 children.
