Abstract | U ovom radu prikazuje se organizacija igrovnog konteksta u waldorfskom dječjem vrtiću kao i međusobna usporedba istoimene organizacije u dječjem vrtiću „Čarobni Pianino“. Prema načelima pedagogije Rudolfa Steinera, waldorfska pedagogija ne obraća se samo djetetovu intelektu, već usporedno njeguje djetetov osjetilni život, razvija radne i stvaralačke navike te snaži volju i interes. Glavni cilj ove pedagoške metode je težnja za usklađivanjem djetetovog duhovnog i zemaljskog dijela kroz slobodu u odgoju te kroz poticajnu organizaciju igrovnog konteksta. Cilj kvalitetne prostorne organizacije jest da načinom na koji je osmišljen uvažava iskustva, prati djetetove interese i mijenja se u skladu s prirodom razvoja djece i odgojitelja u vrtiću. U takvoj alternativnoj koncepciji djetetu se pristupa kao pojedincu čiji se razum, emocije, i htijenje nastoje oplemeniti i razviti kao cjelovito biće. |

Parallel abstract (English) | This manuscript presents the organisation of play context in waldorf kindergarten as well as gives comparative presentation of kindergaten „Čarobni pianino“. According to principles of pedagogy R. Steiner waldorf pedagogy is not directed just to child's intelect but nourishes its emotional life, develops active and constructive habits and stimulates will and interest. The main aim of this pedagogy is wish to balance child's spiritual life and real life by freedom in education and stimulative organisation of play context. The aim of successful space organisation is to consider experience, follow child's interests and changes due to natural development of children and due to kindergarten teachers. In such an alternating concept children are approached as individuals whose ratio, emotions and will are developed to form complete personality. |
