Abstract | Fotoklub Split osnovan je 26. travnja 1911. godine. Njegovi osnivači bili su Juraj Božičević i Umberto Girometta, no zbog nedostatka podataka prve godine kluba su misterij. Ipak poznato je da je rad kluba prekinut do kraja Drugog svjetskog rata, ali Fotoklub se ponovno osniva 1. srpnja 1950. godine. Od tada klub neprestano radi. Upravu sačinjavaju predsjednika kluba, Maja Prgomet, dopredsjednik Pero Dragičević i tajnik, Igor Jakšić. Zatim postoji Izvršni odbor čiji su članovi Jelena Popić, Valentino Bilić Prcić i Tonči Čorić, Nadzorni odbor sačinjavaju Stipe Božić, Jurica Galić i Paun Paunović, a Sud časti Duje Klarić, Radojka Siriščević i Damir Borčić. Klupska djelatnost se sastoji od radionica i projekata poput Škole fotografije, Tečaja crno-bijele fotografije, Škola tehničkih aktivnosti, projekata Phototalk, Split Fotomaratona i Help-Portrait. Galerija fotografije je zasebni dio kluba i nju vodi Umjetnički savjet, čiji su članovi Pero Dragičević, Valentino Bilić Prcić, Sandi Bulimbašić, Toni Horvatić i Kažimir Hraste. U galeriji su izlagala brojna fotografska imena iz Hrvatske, ali i svijeta te je teško izdvojiti samo nekolicinu kao najznačajnije. No, Fotoklub Split je iznimno važna institucija za kulturu ne samo grada Splita, već i Republike Hrvatske, što potvrđuje rješenje Ministarstva kulture RH koje je klub proglasilo zaštićenim dobrom. |
Abstract (english) | Photo club Split was founded on the 26th of April, 2011. Its founders were Juraj Božičević and Umberto Girometta, but we do not know much about those first years of the club due to a lack of data. However, it is known that the club’s work was interrupted by World War II and that Photo Club was re-established on the 1st of July, 1950 and has been working ever since. The Club’s board consists of the president of the club, Maja Prgomet, the vice-president Pero Dragičević and the secretary, Igor Jakšić. The members of the Executive Committee are Jelena Popić, Valentino Bilić Prcić and Tonči Čorić. The members of the Supervisory Committee are Stipe Božić, Jurica Galić and Paun Paunović, while the members of the Court of Honour are Duje Klarić, Radojka Siriščević and Damir Borčić. The Club’s activity consists of workshops and projects such as The school of photography, The black and white photography course, Schools of technical activities, projects Photo talk, Split Photo marathon and Help-Portrait. The Gallery of photography is a separate part of the Club, and it is led by the Art Council whose members are Pero Dragičević, Valentino Bilić Prcić, Sandi Bulimbašić, Toni Horvatić and Kažimir Hraste. Numerous photographers from Croatia and the world exhibited in the gallery and, therefore, it is difficult to distinguish only a few as the most important ones. Furthermore, the Photo Club Split is an extremely important institution for the culture not only of Split, but also of the Republic of Croatia, which is confirmed by the decision of the Ministry of Culture of Croatia, which declared the club as a protected good |
