Abstract
Obrazovni sustav Kraljevine Nizozemske slovi za jedan od decentraliziranijih sustava u svijetu i ima visoku stopu uključenosti učenika, a u ovom radu se željela napraviti usporedba sa obrazovnim sustavom Republike Hrvatske. Obrazovni sustav Republike Hrvatske je centralizirani sustav s puno manjom razinom slobode za škole i nastavnike u odnosu na sustav u Nizozemskoj. Želja za razvojem inkluzivnih obrazovnih sustava, u kojima svi imaju pravo na zadovoljavajuću razinu odgoja i obrazovanja, postaje gorućom temom u školstvu današnjice. Usporedbom strukture navedenih obrazovnih sustava, načina na koji provode inkluzivne politike, kako politike o posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama tako i politike socijalne inkluzije, željelo se ući u srž pojma inkluzivnog obrazovanja. Samim time pojavili su se zanimljivi zaključci, vezani uz dva navedena sustava, koji pobliže govore o tome što pogoduje razvoju inkluzivnog obrazovanja a što koči taj proces.
Abstract (english)
The education system of Kingdom of Netherlands is known to be one of the most decentralized systems in the world and one that has high percentage of student inclusion. The aim of this thesis is to compare the Dutch educational system to the Croatian education system. Education system of Croatia is a centralized system with a somewhat lower degree of freedom for schools and teachers in comparison to the system in Netherlands. A goal to develop inclusive education system, in which everyone has a right to a satisfactory level of education, becomes a burning issue in schooling of today. By comparing structures of the mentioned education systems, the ways they apply inclusive politics, politics of special education needs as well as social inclusion politics, the aim was to enter the core of the term inclusive education. The comparison resulted with some interesting conclusions about these two systems in regards to the elements that guide the development of inclusive education.
