Abstract
Svjedoci smo sve većeg broja ljudi koji se zbog rata i neimaštine, te drugih socijalnih razloga sele u Europu. Europska Unija ima zadaću da zajedno sa svojim tijelima i predstavnicima pomogne tim ljudima u integraciji u novo društvo. Integracija se misli postići prvenstveno obrazovanjem i učenjem jezika zemlje. Potiče se smanjivanje predrasuda prema migrantima i prema različitom. Zbog toga se potiče što ranije uključivanje u odgojno obrazovni sustav kako bi se naučile poštivati kulturne razlike i da se migranti što uspješnije integriraju u zajednicu. U ovom istraživanju se pokušalo saznati koji su stavovi učitelja i nastavnika o inkluziji učenika migranata. Istraživanje se provodilo na području Imotske krajine te grada Splita, a dovelo je do zaključaka da postoje razlike u stavovima s obzirom na spol, radno iskustvo, ustanovu rada te mjesto življenja.
Abstract (english)
We are witnessing an increased number of people who, because of the war and poverty, and other social reasons, move to Europe. The European Union, alongside with its bodies and representatives, has the task to help these people to integrate into a new society. Integration is thought to be achieved primarily through education and learning the language of the country. There is a tendency to reduce the prejudice towards the migrants and towards the different. Because of that, it is encouraged early involvement in educational system in order to learn how to respect the cultural differences and for migrants to successfully integrate into the community. This research tried to examine the attitudes of teachers and professors towards inclusion of migrant students. The research has been conducted in Imotski and Split, and it showed that there are differences in attitudes depending on the gender, work experience, type of school and the place of residence.
