Abstract
Ideja obrazovanja odraslih potječe iz drevnih civilizacija. To je važna povijesna i civilizacijska pojava te prirodna karakteristika ljudskog društva kroz njegov rast i razvoj. Ključnu ulogu u obrazovanju odraslih imaju andragoški djelatnici. Njihove kompetencije mogu se podijeliti u dvije kategorije – generičke i specifične. U Hrvatskoj i Srbiji profesionalni razvoj andragoških djelatnika većinski se odvija u sklopu njihovog andragoškog rada i iskustva u praksi. U sustavu obrazovanja odraslih obiju država prevladavaju neformalni oblici obrazovanja. Zakoni o obrazovanju odraslih obiju država jako su slični jer imaju slične odredbe, ciljeve te programe obrazovanja odraslih.
Abstract (english)
The idea of adult education comes from ancient civilizations. This is an important historical and civilization phenomenon and a natural feature of human society through its growth and development. Andragogical workers have the key role in adult education. Their competencies can be divided into two categories - generic and specific. In Croatia and Serbia, the professional development of the andragogy workers is taking place within their andragogy work and experience in practice. In the system of adult education, both countries have an over-informal form of education. The laws on adult education in both countries are very similar because they have similar provisions, goals and programs of adult education.
