Abstract
U kontekstu promjena na tržištu rada, deregulacije tržišta i fragmentacije radnog vremena, istražili smo stavove studenata Sveučilišta u Splitu o radu nedjeljom. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom online ankete 2019. godine na prigodnom uzorku od 512 ispitanika. Konstruiran je upitnik od petnaest pitanja većinom zatvorenog tipa. Rad nedjeljom sagledali smo kroz porast uslužnog sektora, zakonsku regulativu i sociokulturni utjecaj. Većina ispitanika izražava spremnost rada nedjeljom uz prikladnu financijsku naknadu, dok se gotovo polovina slaže u svezi nužnosti rada nedjeljom unutar uslužnog sektora. Najveći broj ispitanika smatra kako je država pozvana regulirati rad nedjeljom. Iako studenti podrazumijevaju nedjelju danom odmora, velika većina radi tim danom. Studenti namjeravaju raditi nedjeljom i ubuduće ako će rad biti primjereno plaćen uz mogućnost usklađivanja rada te drugih obaveza.
Abstract (english)
In the context of changes in the labor market, market deregulation and fragmentation of working time, we examined the attitudes of students from the University of Split on work on Sundays. The survey was conducted by an online survey conducted in 2019 on a random sample of 512 respondents. A questionnaire of fifteen questions mostly closed type was constructed. Work on Sundays we have seen through the rise of the service sector, legal regulation and socio-cultural influence. Most respondents express their willingness to work on Sundays with a suitable financial allowance, while nearly half of them agree on the need for work on Sundays within the service sector. The vast majority of respondents believe that the state is called to regulate work on Sunday. Although students include Sunday on vacation, the vast majority are doing that day. Students intend to work on Sundays and in the future if work will be appropriately paid with the possibility of matching work and other obligations.
