Abstract
La tesina riesamina il concetto del cibo rappresentato come una sorta di ritualità presente nella vita quotidiana. Attraverso il Decameron di Giovanni Boccaccio, si parla di riflesso storico e culturale del cibo che viene connesso con la vita di oggi. Così proprio il cibo diventa un tema inesauribile di inestimabile valore, sempre interessante al popolo. Abstract (english)
The final thesis reviews the concept of food represented as a type of rituality in everyday life. Through Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio, we talk about the historical and cultural reflexes of the food that are connected with today's life. In this way the food becomes an inexhaustible theme of inestimable value, always interesting to the people.
