Abstract
Tema završnog rada opis je mocijske tvorbe u hrvatskom jeziku. Sukladno konzultiranoj literaturi ponuđene su brojne definicije i pripadajući primjeri sljedećih pojmova: mocija, mocijski tvorba, mocijski parnjaci, rodno defektivne imenice, mocijski sufiksi i tvorbeni morfemi mocijskih parnjaka. Prema Gramatici hrvatskog jezika Josipa Silića i Ive Pranjkovića prikazani su tvorbeni morfemi koji sudjeluju u tvorbi mocijskih parnjaka za ljude i životinje. Donesena je i morfemska analiza mocijskih parnjaka prema S. Babiću, a zatim i ona prema J. Siliću prema kojoj parne imenice imaju parnu preobliku. Prikazana je problematika profesijskih imenica, njihov razvoj kroz povijest te je dan kratak osvrt na društvenu perspektivu odnosno ekstralingvističke, povijesno-društvene, čimbenike koji su utjecali na spor razvitak i ulazak u upotrebu ženskih mocijskih parnjaka. Pokazano je kako ženski mocijski parnjaci i iz njih izvedeni odnosni pridjevi gotovo uvijek izostaju kao samostalne rječničke natuknice.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this thesis is a description of motal word formation in Croatian language. In accordance with the consulted literature many definitions and belonging examples of the following terms were offered: motion, motal word formation, motal counterparts, gender-defective nouns, motal sufixes and formational morphemes of motal counterparts. According to Gramatika hrvatskog jezika by Josip Silić and Ivo Pranjković were indicated formational morphemes which take part in motal word formation regarding humans and animal. Furthermore, morphemic analysis of motal counterparts as specified by S. Babić and then J. Silić was demonstrated, according to which even nouns have an even transformation.Issues of profession nouns and their development through history were shown and later on was presented a brief review of social perspective id est extralinguistic, historical and social, factors that influenced the slow development and coming into use of female motal counterparts. It was indicated that female motal counterparts and relative adjectives derived from them are almost never listed as standalone dictionary entries.
