Abstract
Obrazovne politike teško je jedinstveno definirati, češće se opisuju čimbenici i sudionici koji utječu na stvaranje politika, sam proces stvaranja te stavke u kojima se politike očituju. Obrazovne politike imaju za cilj rast i razvoj odgojno-obrazovnog sustava. Odgojitelji su važni sudionici u procesu implementacije politika, a u zadnje vrijeme ističe se važnost njihove uloge sukreatora politika. Stvaralaštvo i razvoj odgojno-obrazovnog procesa povezani su s autonomijom učitelja/odgojitelja. Istraživanjem se htjelo ispitati koliko odgojitelji poznaju zakonske odrednice, kakvi su njihovi stavovi o ulozi obrazovnih politika na promjene u radu te samoprocjenu razine autonomije. Istraživanje je pokazalo da se ne razlikuju navedene stavke s obzirom na radni staž, stručnu spremu odgojitelja, vrstu odgojne skupine i vrstu vrtića.
Abstract (english)
It is difficult to provide a single definition for the term of educational policies. More commonly, factors and participants that affect the process of creation of policies are described, together with the process of creation itself and the items that reflect the policies implemented. Educational policies serve to establish growth and development for educational systems. Preschool teachers are important participants in the process of policy implementation. Lately, the role of preschool teachers as co-creators of educational policies has been gaining in importance. Creation and development of educational process positively relate to teacher autonomy. This research was dedicated to discovering how well preschool teachers are familiar with education-related laws, what their attitudes toward the role of educational policies and changes in their work are, and what their self-perceived level of autonomy is. The research has shown that there is no statistically significant difference in the items described, between preschool teachers based on their work experience, level of degree, types of preschool classes they teach in and types of preschools they work in based on funding.
