Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je analizirati neke značajke realiziranja nastavnog procesa, ulogu nastavnika te postupke i kvalitetu vrednovanja u visokoškolskom obrazovanju iz studentske perspektive. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo ukupno 240 studenata preddiplomskih i diplomskih dvopredmetnih studija Filozofskog fakulteta u Splitu. Za potrebe istraživanja izrađen je na temelju relevantne znanstvene literature anketni upitnik. Rezultati dobiveni ovim istraživanjem pokazali su kako su studenti većinom zadovoljni kvalitetom nastavnog procesa, komunikacijom s nastavnicima, poticanjem na kritičko mišljenje, kreativnost i istraživački rad. Nadalje, s obzirom na vrednovanje u visokoškolskoj nastavi, rezultati su pokazali da studenti procjenjuju da su upoznati s elementima, načinima i postupcima praćenja, provjeravanja i ocjenjivanja te da se vrednovanje provodi kontinuirano iako ponekad subjektivno. Dobiveni rezultati također sugeriraju opadanje zadovoljstva nastavnim procesom na višim godinama studija, dok je u daljnjim istraživanjima potrebno detaljnjije analizirati rezultate koji sugeriraju na neodlučnost studenata s obzirom na to kakva je uloga nastavnika u motiviranju studenata na učenje. Analizom odgovora prema studijskim godinama, primjetno je da su mlađi studenti te oni koji ujedno studiraju pedagogiju zadovoljniji svim ispitivanim aspektima visokoškolskog nastavnog procesa.
Abstract (english)
his research aims to analyze some of the characteristics of teaching process, teacher's role and evaluation procedure, together with evaluation quality in higher education from students' perspective. 240 students, both undergraduate and graduate, of double major teaching studies of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split participated in the research. Therefore, for research purpose, based on scientific literature reviews in education, a questionnaire was constructed. The obtained results show that students are mostly satisfied with the quality of teaching process, communication with the teachers and with teachers encouraging them to engage in critical thinking, creativity and research work. Furthermore, when it comes to evaluation in higher education, the obtained results show that students are familiar with elements, methods and procedures of assessment and grading and that evaluation is carried out continuously, even though it may be subjective rather than objective from time to time. The obtained results also suggest how the satisfaction with the quality of teaching process decreases with a higher year of study. Additionally, a great amount of students is indecisive when it comes to estimating the role of teachers in students' motivation for studying, which should be analyzed in more detail in further research. When it comes to analyzing results based on different study groups, it is noticeable how younger students and the ones who study pedagogy show greater satisfaction with all of the elements of teaching process in higher education that were examined.
