Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati što učenici rade u slobodno vrijeme, kojim se aktivnostima i u kojoj mjeri bave na osnovu pregleda dosadašnjih istraživanja i spoznaja o slobodnom vremenu djece i mladih te otkriti stavove i interese učenika trećeg i četvrtog razreda osnovne škole Runović po pitanju korištenja slobodnog vremena. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja uključen je uzorak od 41 učenika trećeg i četvrtog razreda osnovne škole Runović. Metodom anketnog upitnika ispitani su njihovi stavovi i interesi po pitanju korištenja slobodnog vremena, te se ispitao udio tjelesne aktivnosti u njihovom slobodnom vremenu. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da većina učenika navodi bavljenje sportom kao način provođenja slobodnog vremena. Čak se 100% dječaka bavi sportom u slobodno vrijeme, uglavnom nogometom, a kod ispitanika ženskog spola njih 76,47% se bavi sportom u slobodno vrijeme, najzastupljenija je sportska škola. Osim sportskih aktivnosti, učenici pohađaju i izvannastavne aktivnosti. Zastupljene su sve koje škola nudi, a najviše učenika pohađa izvannastavnu aktivnost „Mali ekolozi“. S druge strane, postoci za sjedilačke aktivnosti su visoki, 50% dječaka dnevno provede 3h i više gledajući TV ili radeći na računalu. Pored toga, svijest o važnosti sporta je naglašena budući da su svi ispitanici odgovorili da je bavljenje sportom važno. Dječaci su odgovorili da je bavljenje sportom važno radi uspjeha u sportu, a djevojčice da sport utječe na očuvanje zdravlja. Većina ističe važnost boravljenja na svježem zraku nasuprot sedentarnom načinu života. Većina ispitanika se želi baviti sportom u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to show what students do in their free time, which activities and to what extent based on a review of the previous researches and comprehension of the free time of children and youth, and to discover the views and interests of the third and fourth graders of the primary school Runović regarding the use of free time. For the purposes of this study there is an included sample of 41 students of the third and fourth grade of primary school Runović. Method of the questionnaire examined their attitudes and interests regarding the use of free time, and examined the share of physical activity in their free time. The results showed that most students said they practice sports as a way of spending leisure time. Even 100% of boys play sports in their spare time, mainly football, while the 76.47% of girls play sports in their free time, the most common is the school of sports. In addition to sport activities, students attend extracurricular activities. Their answers contained all the extracurricular activities that the school offers, and most students attend extracurricular activity "Little ecologists". On the other hand, the percentages of sedentary activities are high, 50% of boys spend 3 and more hours daily watching TV or working on a computer. In addition, awareness of the importance of sport is emphasized because all respondents answered that sport matters. The boys responded that the practice of sport is important for success in sports, and girls that sport affects the health. Most of the students stressed the importance of spending time in the fresh air as opposed to sedentary lifestyle. Most respondents would like to play sports in the future.
