Abstract Kvaliteta glasa kao temelja komunikacije od velike je važnosti, što osobito vrijedi za
vokalne profesionalce, u koje ubrajamo i odgojitelje. Obzirom na njihovo svakodnevno
vokalno opterećenje oni su rizična skupina za razvoj poremećaja glasa. Vokalna edukacija i
provođenje vokalne higijene ključni su čimbenici održavanja zdravlja vokalnoga aparata i
prevencije poremećaja glasa.

... More poremećaja glasa u navedenoj profesionalnoj aktivnosti. Uzorak
istraživanja obuhvaća 100 odgojiteljica u dobi od 23 do 62 godine, s duljinom radnoga staža
od 0 do 40 godina. Putem Google obrasca ispunile su Upitnik za glasovne profesionalce,
autorica Bolfan – Stošić, Dembitz, Živković – Ivanović, Sučić i Zorić u suradnji sa
Hrvatskim logopedskim društvom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je 68% ispitanica ima
iskustvo s poremećajima glasa, a 87% ispitanica ponekad (58%) ili često (29%) osjeća zamor
glasa. Također istaknimo kako 71% ispitanica nema iskustvo podučavanja vezano uz vokalnu
higijenu, te se njih 100% slaže da društvo ne poklanja dovoljnu pažnju higijeni glasa
vokalnih profesionalaca.
S istim ciljem proveden je i praktični dio rada – vokalne radionice, na kojima je
sudjelovalo 10 odgojiteljica, od kojih 5 (50%) ima manje od 10 godina radnoga staža, a 5
(50%) više od 10 godina radnoga staža. Sudionice tih vokalnih radionica naglašavaju potrebu
i želju za realizacijom vokalne edukacije odgojitelja, primjerice u okviru formalnoga
obrazovanja ili kroz vokalne radionice tijekom pedagoške godine. Poticaj za održavanje istih
jesu zainteresiranost i zadovoljstvo sudionica ovih vokalnih radionica.
Razvijanjem osobne i društvene svijesti o vokalnoj higijeni, suradnjom sa
stručnjacima i poticanjem vokalnih edukacija pozitivno utječemo na kvalitetu glasa vokalnih
profesionalaca – odgojitelja, a tako i na cjelokupnu kvalitetu njihovoga života. Less
Abstract (english) Voice quality as the fundamental means of communication is of great importance, in
particular for vocal professionals, a group which includes preschool teachers. Since they
experience everyday vocal stress, they represent a risk group for developing vocal disorders.
Vocal education and vocal hygiene are key factors in maintaining the health of the vocal
apparatus and preventing voice disorders.

... More preschool teachers, in order to prevent the development of voice disorders during the
performance of their professional activities. The research sample size included 100 preschool
teachers aged between 23 and 62 years of age, with professional experience ranging between
0 and 40 years. Using Google Forms, they completed The Questionnaire for Vocal
Professionals, authored by Bolfan – Stošić, Dembitz, Živković – Ivanović, Sučić i Zorić in
cooperation with the Croatian Logopedic Association. The results of this research show that
68% of respondents have experienced vocal disorders, whereas 87% of them sometimes
(58%) or often (29%) have problems with vocal fatigue. Significantly, 71% of respondents
have not undergone vocal hygiene training and 100% of them agree that society does not pay
enough attention to vocal hygiene among vocal professionals.
The same purpose lies behind the practical part of this thesis – vocal workshops, with
10 participants, including 5 (50%) having less than 10 years of professional experience, and 5
(50%) with more than 10 years of professional experience. Participants of the workshops
emphasize their need and desire for the realization of vocal education among preschool
teachers, for instance through formal education or through vocal workshops during the
academic year. The interest and satisfaction of participants during these vocal workshops
encourages holding more of the same.
Through developing personal and social awareness of vocal hygiene, collaboration
with experts and encouraging implementation of vocal education, we can positively affect the
quality of the voices of vocal professionals – preschool teachers, and therefore the quality of
