Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati i objasniti uloga pedagoga u sportskom klubu u kontekstu misaonog postava i odgoja mladih sportaša. Prvi dio rada definira misaoni postav i razlike između fiksnog i fleksibilnog načina razmišljanja. U njemu su opisani vanjski čimbenici koji utječu na stvaranje misaonog postava u različitim životnim područjima djece i mladih. Drugi dio rada povezuje teorijske postavke suvremene pedagogije sporta s razvojem mladih sportaša. Bavljenje sportom započinje već u djetinjstvu, stoga se opisuju posebnosti odgoja mladih sportaša. Prikazani su odgojno-obrazovni utjecaji roditelja i trenera u odgoju djece sportaša i oblikovanju misaonog postava. Rad pedagoga u sportskom klubu zasniva se na razvoju cjelokupne ličnosti mladih sportaša, a time se postiže poželjni način razmišljanja djece sportaša. Prikazom plana i programa rada pedagoga apelira se na važnost pedagoške intervencije u sklopu sektora zdravstva i sportske pripreme. Na kraju rada proveden je intervju s pedagoginjom u sportskom klubu s ciljem prikaza uloge pedagoga u stvaranju fleksibilnog misaonog postava kroz odgoj djece sportaša.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this study is to present and explain the role of a pedagogue in the sports club in the context of the mindset and the upbringing of young athletes. The first part of the study defines the mindset and the differences between a fixed and a flexible way of thinking. It describes the external factors that influence the formation of a mindset in different areas of the life of children and adolescents. The second part of the study links the theoretical settings of modern sports pedagogy with the development of young athletes. Participation in sport begins in childhood with the description of the specificities of educating young athletes. The study presents educational influences of parents and coaches in the upbringing of young athletes and the formation of the mindset. The work of pedagogues in the sports club is based on the development of the overall character of young athletes, and thus achieves a desirable mindset. The demonstration of the plan and program of the pedagogue’s work appeals to the importance of pedagogical intervention within the sector of health and fitness. At the end of the study, an interview was conducted with a pedagogue in the sports club with the aim of showing the influence of pedagogues in creating a flexible mindset through the upbringing of children athletes.
