Abstract | Slobodno vrijeme pojam je koji je danas sve poznatiji, svakim danom se sve više o njemu čuje i traže se načini kako ga kvalitetno iskoristiti i uživati u njemu. Aktivnosti kojima se ljudi bave tijekom svog slobodnog vremena su različite, od šetnje, boravka u prirodi, odlaska u kino i kazalište, druženja s prijateljima i obitelji, slikanja, crtanja, pjevanja, gledanja malih ekrana, spavanja, odmaranja, pisanja i čitanja, igre s vršnjacima, odlasci na večere i druženja, tulumi i zabave i slično. Akcijsko istraživanje proces je koji uvelike pomaže istraživačima, sudionicima i onima koji istraživanje proučavaju u njihovom radu, pomaže im da što bolje i uspješnije spoznaju određene probleme i da u što kraćem roku pronađu odgovarajuća rješenja za iste. Cilj akcijskih istraživanja odgojitelja je unaprjeđenje odgojno-obrazovne prakse, rada s djecom te osvješćivanje i poboljšanje vlastitog rada. Kvaliteta provođenja slobodnog vremena odgojitelja znatno se promijenila i povećala za vrijeme lockdown-a u tijeku pandemije koronavirusa, a oni su shvatili važnost kvalitetnog provođenja slobodnog vremena koje doprinosi vlastitom zadovoljstvu, sreći, ispunjenju i smirenosti. |
Abstract (english) | Leisure time is a term that is more famous today, every day more and more is heard about it and ways are being sought to make good use of it and enjoy it. Activities that people do during their leisure time are different, from walking, staying in nature, going to the cinema and theater, hanging out with friends and family, painting, drawing, singing, watching small screens, sleeping, resting, writing and reading, games with peers, going to dinners and socializing, parties and parties and the like. An action research is a great help to researchers, participants and those who study research in their work, it helps them to identify and solve problems, to easily and successfully understand certain problems and to find appropriate solutions to them as soon as possible. The objective of educators' action research is to improve educational practice, work with children, and to raise awareness and improve their own work. The quality of educators’ leisure time changed significantly and increased during lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic, and they realized the importance of quality leisure time that contributes to their own satisfaction, happiness, fulfillment, and calmness. |
