Abstract
Studija kroz kvalitativni pristup prikazuje razne aspekte asimilacije te integracije, kao i sama iskustava imigranata Splitskog nacionalnog baleta. Podaci sakupljeni kroz metodu polustrukturiranog intervjua iskorišteni su kako bi se pobliže dočarao život imigranata Splitskog nacionalnog baleta. Na taj način teorijski dio rada je upotpunjen rezultatima intervjua čime se stvorio vjerodostojan te kompletan istraživački rad. Rad prikazuje osobne razloge migracije, njene učinke na živote te utjecaj na percepciju društva. Grupna te emocionalna iskustva intervjuiranih imigranata ostavljaju velik trag u konstrukciji interakcije te doživljaju kulturalnog pluralizma. Kroz perspektivu samih sudionika istraživanja stvara se podloga mogućih i potrebnih akcija koja bi mogla potaknula integraciju imigranata u društvo.
Abstract (english)
A study through a qualitative approach shows different aspects of assimilation and integration, as well as the very experience of immigrants of Split National Ballet. Data collected through the method of semi-structured interview were used in order to more closely evoke the life of immigrants of Split National Ballet. In this way, the theoretical part of the study is completed by the results of interviews which created a credible and complete research. This paper presents the personal reasons of migration, its effects on the lives and the impact on the perception of society. Group and emotional experience of the interviewed immigrants leave deep traces in the construction of interaction and experience of cultural pluralism. Through the perspective of the participants themselves research creates a foundation of possible and necessary actions that would encourage the integration of immigrants into society.
