Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu reći ću nešto o Božidaru Prosenjaku i njegovom romanu Divlji Konj. Na nekoliko primjera karakterizacije likova iz Prosenjakovog romana, uočit ćemo kako pisac reflektira i prikazuje ljudske osobine kroz život konja. Iako se roman Divlji Konj možda čini kao obični animalistički roman, on je puno više od toga. Ovaj roman zapravo simbolizira čovjekov put pri duhovnom sazrijevanju. U radu ću prikazati i religijsku stranu ovog romana i prikazati podudaranje nekih ulomaka iz... More romana s ulomcima iz Biblije. Spomenuti roman ujedno je i obavezna školska lektira, što nije čudno, budući da obiluje mnogim životnim porukama koje mogu poslužiti kao vodilja mladim uzrastima. Nastojat ću da do kraja ovog diplomskog rada u svima probudim želju da još jednom pročitaju ovaj roman, koji zasigurno u sebi krije mnogo dublju poruku nego što djeca školskog uzrasta mogu razumjeti prvenstveno zbog toga što je složen i slojevit te ga se može čitati i interpretirati na nekoliko razina. Abstract (english)
This graduation paper deals with Božidar Prosenjak and his novel The Wilde Horse. In several examples of characterization from Prosenjak's novel we will notice how author depicts and displays human characteristics through the life of horses. Although the novel The Wild Horse may seem like an ordinary animalistic novel, it is certainly much more than that. This novel actually represents human spiritual maturing. Further, in this paper, I will address the religious side of this novel and try... More to show how some passages in the novel correspond to some passages from the Bible. The afore-mentioned novel constitutes obligatory reading in primary schools, which is not surprising, since it contains plenty of life messages, most of them expressed by means of symbols that can be used as a guide for young people. I will endeavour to evoke a desire to re-read this novel in everyone by the time they have finished reading this graduation paper, with a certainty that it hides much more profound message than primary school children are able to understand, due to the fact that it is complex and can be interpreted on different levels.
