Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je istražiti i analizirati ulogu roditelja u različitim odgojnoobrazovnim sustavima i koncepcijama. Uključenost roditelja u odgojno-obrazovni proces predstavlja važan dio rada u alternativnim pedagoškim koncepcijama. Na primjerima uključivanja i razvijanja partnerstva s roditeljima u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama koje djeluju prema načelima Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio i Jena pedagoških pristupa, a koji su analizirani u ovom radu, uočljivi su brojni važni i zanimljivi načini kvalitetnog uključivanja roditelja u odgojno-obrazovni proces koji pridonosi dobrobiti djece, odgojno-obrazovne ustanove i svih dionika odgojno-obrazovnog procesa. Posebno se smatra važnim istaknuti roditeljsku uključenost u cjelokupni rad odgojno-obrazovne ustanove u obliku organiziranja događanja, volontiranja ili uređenja prostora ustanove, kao i provođenje aktivnosti kod kuće, kao način neizravnog poticanja slobodnog i potpunog razvoja djetetove ličnosti.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final paper was to investigate and analyze the role of parents in different educational systems and concepts. The involvement of parents in the educational process represents an important part of the work of alternative pedagogical conceptions. In the examples of involvement and development of partnership with parents in educational institutions that operate according to the principles of Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio and Jena pedagogical approaches, which are analyzed in this paper, numerous important and interesting ways of quality involvement of parents in the educational process can be seen. The involvement contributes not only to the well-being of children, but to the well-being of the educational institutions and all stakeholders in the educational process as well. It is considered particularly important to highlight parental involvement in the overall work of the educational institution in the form of organizing events, volunteering or decorating the premises of the institution, as well as carrying out activities at home, as a way of indirectly encouraging the free and complete development of the child's personality.
