Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada bio je analizirati stilove vođenja nastavnika u nastavnom procesu, kao i analizirati utjecaj nastavnikovih stilova vođenja na razne aspekte učenikova školskog života i funkcioniranja. Analizom mnogobrojnih nastavnikovih stilova vođenja u stručnoj i znanstvenoj literaturi, jasno je kako uistinu imaju velik utjecaj na socijalne odnose među učenicima, njihovu dobrobit, motivaciju, disciplinu i ozračje. Moguće je zaključiti kako je pred svakim nastavnikom neupitno težak i velik posao govorimo li o održavanju razredne discipline, pozitivnog ozračja, motiviranosti učenika, ali i razrednih socijalnih odnosa. Svakako, ono što on može učiniti kako bi u tom nastojanju i uspio jest dinamizirati nastavu, učenike poticati na kreativnost, kritičko mišljenje, slobodu, a svakako i biti tu za njih te ih držati sebi ravnopravnim, a ne isticati sebe kao sveznajućeg autoriteta. Drugim riječima, mnogobrojnim istraživanjima se potvrdilo kako je demokratski stil vođenja onaj koji pridonosi dobrobiti učenika, kvaliteti ozračja, smanjenju neželjenih ponašanja, razrednoj koheziji i motivaciji učenika.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper was to analyze the teacher`s leadership styles in the teaching process, as well as to analyze the influence of their leadership styles on various aspects of the students' school life and functioning. After analyzing numerous leadership styles found in professional and scientific literature, it is clear that they truly have a great influence on social relationships among students, their well-being, motivation, discipline and atmosphere. It is concluded that every teacher has an unquestionably difficult and great job, when referring to a class discipline maintenance, positive atmosphere, student motivation, but also social relationships in the classroom. Certainly, in order to succeed in this effort, they can dynamize the teaching, encourage creativity, critical thinking, freedom, and, of course, be there for the students while treating them as equals, without emphasizing themselves as an all-knowing authority. In other words, numerous researches have confirmed that the democratic leadership style contributes to the well-being of students, the quality of the atmosphere, the reduction of unwanted behaviors, class cohesion and student motivation.
