Abstract
Životni stil je kompleksan sociološki pojam. Sastoji se obrasca provođenja slobodnog vremena, obrasca kulturne potrošnje te vrijednosti, odnosno interesi pojedinca. Životni stil mladih u Hrvatskoj podrazumijeva primarno hedonističke elemente – zabavu, razonodu, odmor te socijalizaciju s prijateljima. Područja s posljedicama za šire društvo i društveno korisne aktivnosti nemaju mjesto u slobodnom vremenu i interesima mladih. Anketno istraživanje provedeno je u periodu od srpnja do rujna 2020. godine na prigodnom uzorku od 188 sudionika u dobi od 18 do 34. godine. Rezultati istraživanja su u skladu s rezultatima postojećih istraživanja životnog stila. Tijekom prošlih četiri desetljeća mladi iskazuju najviši interes za pojave zabave, odmora i socijalizacije te u najvećoj mjeri sudjeluju u sukladnim aktivnostima tijekom slobodnog vremena.
Abstract (english)
Lifestyle is a complex sociological term. It consist of the how an individual chooses to spends their leisure, an individuals cultural consumption pattern and their value structure. The lifestyle of Croatian youth consists primarily of hedonistic elements – amusment, leisure and socialising with friend groups. There is no space aloted for domains of life wich have consequences for society at large and social service activities within youth leisure time and interests. The survey research was contucted from July until September of 2020. using a convenience sample of 188 participants ranging from 18 to 34 years old. Our research results are consistent with the results of existing research of lifestyle. During the past four decades youth show the most interest for phenomena such as fun, socialisation and rest. The activities their partake in during their leasure time are follow their interests.
