Abstract
Glazba i ples su sastavni dio ranog i predškolskog odgoja, te kako u svakodnevnom životu, tako se primjenjuju i u odgojno-obrazovnoj praksi. Njihova uloga može biti obrazovna u smislu dječjeg savladavanja glazbenih elemenata, ili estetske kulture pokreta, ali i terapeutska u svrhu pomaganja djetetu u savladavanju njegovih teškoća ili uočavanju mogućih djetetovih odstupanja u razvoju. U svakom slučaju odgajateljeva uloga je osigurati djetetu optimalno prostorno-materijalno okruženje, primjerena poticajna pomagala ili sredstva i potaknuti ga da izrazi svoje emocije, maštu i kreativnost kroz glazbu i ples. Ono što je najvažnije je da se dijete osjeća sigurno i da se može nesmetano izraziti pjevanjem, sviranjem, osluškivanjem ili samo slobodnim kretanjem po prostoru. Samim time dobivamo potvrdu da je aktivnost bila uspješna i da je zadovoljena djetetova potreba za glazbom i plesom. Dijete će postepeno usvajati glazbenu osjetljivost i glazbeno-estetski ukus, dok će ujedno graditi pozitivnu sliku o sebi i o drugima uviđajući jedinstvenosti i posebnosti svakog vršnjaka.
Abstract (english)
Music and dance are a part of early and preschool education and therefore, just like in everyday life, they are used in educational practice. Their part can be considered educational, in sense of a child's ability to master and learn musical elements or the aesthetic cullture od movement, but it is also therapeutic for the purpose of helping a child overcome difficulties or for noticing possible deviations in development. Either way, the educator's role is to ensure an optimal spacious material surrounding for the child, proper stimulating aids or tools and to encourage the expression of a child's emotions, imagination and creativity trough music and dance. The most important thing is that the child feels safe and unbothered when expressing by singing, playing, listening or just by moving through space freely. Seeing that, we get a confirmation that the child's need for music and dance is satisfied. The child will gradually acquire musical sensitivity and musically aesthetic taste, whilst bulding a positive thinking about itself and others realizing the uniqueness and speciality of each peer.
